Buttons & Fasteners explores memories of button boxes that were filled with buttons and fasteners that were useful, decorative and often had a family history attached to them. Specifically, I’m interested in the buttons from the 1930s-1940s, that were carved or molded from bake-lite. Buttons that had character, buttons that made a statement, buttons that celebrated design.
